Subject: Terrapin
My favorite Terrapin. Had a tape of 2nd set years ago wore it out. Ritchie made some great tapes. Give this a whirl.

Subject: great sq
In my opinion this recording has better sound quality than the official release (Road Trips Volume 1 Number 1). It's a bit brighter, and a bit cleaner. It's also a bit faster - which is easily corrected if necessary. Thanks for sharing!

Subject: Best Peter ever
I caught Black Peter from this show on XM this afternoon. The solo is incredibly moving, and I thought to myself "best Peter ever".

Now, I see Alpine 7784 rated the PITB as best ever!

Must have been a fine evening in Philly!!!

This show is my all-time favorite Grateful Dead concert, period. The second set is, in my opinion, psychedelic perfection. Best "Playin' In The Band" they ever performed.

Just listen and enjoy.
